3. Client Responsibilities & Obligations

To ensure the successful and timely delivery of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information necessary for project execution.
• Respond to requests for feedback, approvals, and revisions in a timely manner.
• Ensure that any materials (text, images, logos, etc.) you provide do not infringe upon the intellectual property rights of any third party.

Delays in client communication may result in corresponding delays in project timelines, which are not the responsibility of Chrome Digital.

4. Payment Terms & Billing

All fees for services are outlined in your specific project proposal or recurring service agreement. Unless otherwise agreed upon in writing:

• A non-refundable deposit is required before the commencement of custom development or design projects.
• Monthly retainer services (such as SEO, Google Ads, and Social Media Management) are billed at the beginning of the service cycle.
• Chrome Digital reserves the right to pause or suspend services if payment is not received within the agreed-upon timeframe.

5. Intellectual Property Rights

Upon receipt of full payment, the final deliverables (such as custom website code, logos, and finalized marketing copy) become the property of the client. However, Chrome Digital retains the right to:

• Use the completed project and design elements in our professional portfolio, case studies, and marketing materials.
• Retain ownership of any pre-existing code libraries, proprietary frameworks, and developmental tools utilized to build the project.

6. Limitation of Liability

While Chrome Digital employs industry best practices to achieve optimal results, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes regarding search engine rankings, ad conversion rates, or social media follower growth due to the unpredictable nature of third-party algorithms.

In no event shall Chrome Digital, its directors, employees, or affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of your use of our services, including but not limited to loss of profits, data, or business opportunities.

7. Confidentiality & Privacy
