Service Terms & Conditions
Welcome to Chrome Digital. By engaging our team or utilizing our digital professional services, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following Terms. Please review these terms carefully before starting any project with us.
1. Scope of Services
Chrome Digital (the "Company") provides various digital professional services, including but not limited to: Web Design and Development, Search Engine Optimization (SEO), Digital Advertising Management (Google Ads/PPC), Mobile Application Design, and General Consulting. All services provided are subject to these Terms.
2. Payment and Billing
- Service Fees: Fees are billed based on the selected package or project scope. Monthly recurring services are billed in advance of the service period.
- Non-Refundable Policy: Due to the custom nature of digital work and the immediate allocation of labor and resources, all payments are non-refundable.
- Third-Party Costs: Any external costs (e.g., ad spend, hosting, plugin licenses) are the sole responsibility of the Client and are not included in the Company’s service fees unless otherwise specified.
3. Cancellation and Termination
- Notice Requirement: Either party may terminate ongoing monthly services by providing 30 days' written notice.
- Final Payment: Any billing cycle scheduled within the 30-day notice period must be paid in full. Services will be rendered through the end of the final paid period.
- Project-Based Work: For one-time projects (e.g., Web or App Design), cancellation by the Client after work has commenced will result in the forfeiture of the deposit and billing for all hours worked to date.
4. Performance and Deliverables
- No Guaranteed Outcomes: The Client acknowledges that digital services (specifically SEO and Advertising) are subject to third-party platforms and algorithm changes. The Company does not guarantee specific financial results, rankings, or traffic levels.
- Service Fulfillment: Delivery of service is defined as the performance of professional labor and the provision of digital updates, reports, or design drafts. Completion of these tasks constitutes full delivery of the contracted service.
5. Dispute and Chargeback Policy
- Good Faith Resolution: The Client agrees to resolve any dissatisfaction directly with the Company before seeking outside intervention.
- Chargeback Waiver: By engaging in services, the Client waives the right to initiate a chargeback for any fees paid for work already performed. The Client agrees that the Company’s records of communication and work logs shall serve as final proof of service delivery in any dispute.
